Shipments are made through specialized couriers. The cost is €5 throughout Italy.

Shipping methods and times
Delivery takes place within 3 working days from the order confirmation date if the item is in stock. Tracking code and direct link to track your order in real time will be sent to your email.
If, on the other hand, the item is not available, it will be made to order and delivery, in this case, will take place within 6 working days from the order confirmation date.
During sales or promotional periods, shipments may take longer.
ESHOPPERIAMO is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or due to force majeure beyond the control of ESHOPPERIAMO.
Delivery of the order
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact ESHOPPERIAMO .
If the package is damaged or if part of the goods are missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any complaint regarding damages and shortages must be received by ESHOPPERIAMO within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with ESHOPPERIAMO and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the client
All assistance communications must be sent to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org otherwise they cannot be managed.
In Italy the following days are public holidays and the courier does not ship:

- 25 April
- May 1
- June 2nd
- August 15th
- November 1st
- 8 December
- 25th December
