The Products offered on the Site are limited in number. It may therefore happen, also due to the possibility that several users purchase the same Product at the same time, that the Product ordered is no longer available after the transmission of the purchase order.
Information on the availability of the Products is available on the Site.
You will be informed in the event of unavailability of the Product ordered. In this case, you will be entitled to terminate the purchase contract. In any case, please consider that before requesting the termination of the contract, the Seller reserves the right to implement these measures:
- If a restocking is possible, an extension of the delivery terms, offered by the Seller, with indication of the new delivery term.
- If a restocking is not possible, the Seller will supply a different product, of equivalent or higher value, upon payment, in the latter case, of the difference, and upon express acceptance by the user.
If a refund is requested of the amount paid for the purchase of Products which later turned out to be unavailable, the Seller will make the refund within a maximum period of 7 days.
Returns and refunds
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the order, the return costs are to be paid by the customer.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way.
Products purchased on sale cannot be returned.
Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at his expense.
SHIPPING OF REFUNDED PRODUCTS
We do not bear the shipping costs of the products to be refunded.
In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned items, a purchase voucher will be issued for the same amount spent by the customer that can be used on the site or refunded in the manner agreed with the customer. The amount of the voucher or refund only concerns the purchase price of the item and does not include shipping costs.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?
To request a refund, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "refund" and your order number. Once we have received your email, and verified that we have received the product back, you will be fully refunded (refunds can take up to 5 days). The returned product must be intact and packaged.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED/WRONG/NOT WORKING?
If you have received a defective, wrong or broken product, contact us by email or on WhatsApp at 351.7412526 within 30 days of placing your order. Remember to include the order number, one or more photos of the order and all references relating to the delivery of the order. In accordance with our refund policy, we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Remember to include the order number, the modification or cancellation you would like to make, you will receive confirmation of the operation within 24 hours.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
