Can I have a tracking number?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Can I change the shipping address of my order?
It is possible to change the shipping address of your order! Please email our customer service team info@eshopperiamo.com with your order number and updated address asap, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the
packaging process.

Can I change the billing address of my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to change the billing address once an order has been placed.

I ordered more than 2 items, but only received 1, where is my order?
We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners internationally, it may happen that the products may not arrive on the same day. In any case, there will be two different shipping orders, which you will receive via e-mail, which you can check in the dedicated section on our website.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it .
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect and parcels are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. However, you can write to our customer assistance team
